## Product & Usage

Are Purexis products safe for sensitive skin? **
Yes, absolutely. All Purexis formulations are hypoallergenic and developed specifically with sensitive skin in mind. We avoid harsh parabens and use clinically optimized concentrations of active ingredients to ensure efficacy without irritation.

What is the shelf life of Purexis products? **
Our products typically have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for maximum potency.

Can I use the Retinol Cream and Salicylic Cleanser together? **
While both are powerful, we recommend using the Salicylic Cleanser in your morning routine and the Retinol Triple Collagen Cream at night. Using them in the same session may be too intense for some skin types. Always follow up with a broad-spectrum SPF in the morning.
